BizBoard Pro is built on your trust. Here is exactly what we do to keep your venture data safe.
All data between your browser and our servers travels over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon with AES-256 encryption at rest. Nobody — including us — can read your data in plain text.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. We never store or log plain-text credentials. Sessions are managed by NextAuth with short-lived, signed tokens stored as HTTP-only cookies that JavaScript cannot access.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. BizBoard Pro never sees or stores your credit card number. Stripe handles all sensitive payment data in their secure, audited environment.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or venture data to any third party. Your business ideas and strategies stay yours. We share data only with the vendors required to operate the service — Neon, Netlify, Resend, Stripe, and Anthropic — all under strict confidentiality.
AI features (Idea Validator, Chief of Staff, Co-Founder chat) are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Your venture data is sent to Anthropic only when you actively use an AI feature. Anthropic does not train on API data by default. No data is stored by Anthropic beyond the duration of a single API call.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use BizBoard Pro. These analytics cookies are only loaded after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts run. Session cookies required for login are always used — they contain no personal data beyond a session ID.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We also honour deletion requests made by email to horace@bizboardpro.com within 30 days.
You can export all your venture data at any time using the Export button inside BizBoard Pro. Your data is yours — you are never locked in.
BizBoard Pro is operated by Novedah Inc., a Quebec, Canada company. Your data is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec Law 25. EU users also have rights under GDPR — see our Privacy Policy for details.
If you discover a security issue, please email horace@bizboardpro.com with the subject line 'Security Report'. We will respond within 72 hours and address confirmed vulnerabilities promptly.
